Incremental Effect Adoption and Runtime Restart in Next.js with HMR
I am trying to incrementally adopt effect in a next app I'm running. To do it I'm running a
ManagedRuntime to spawn several fibers. One issue I am encountering is on HMR, I want to 'restart/rerun' the runtime. How would I do this w.r.t HMR?
