A noticeable error in location to name mapping.
I noticed that I have pictures that get mapped to some city that's not far off, but there are much closer ones, or even ones taken inside another city, which can become hard to search for.
I have attached a screenshot example where a picture is taken in Helme, however it got mapped to a nearby other city Tõrva:
