Phone Number is Null
I am building a shopify app which requires access to a customers phone number. I am testing it on a test store and I have applied for customer data access but the app isn't submitted yet. Could this be the reason that whichever webhook I receive for test orders the customer email and phone number is not available? Will this be available once I buy the shopify app publishing rights and my customer data access is approved? Also how strict are shopify on this dot hey easily give access or is there more stringent due diligence on this?
