Cost of HIPAA BAA monthly!!

Hi all! I'm looking to understand what is the monthly price of the HIPAA BAA (after upgrading to the Pro Plan of course). Do they offer monthly? Or is it only annual?

And is there any extra work they require you to do outside of the BAA to actually be certified (e.g. changes in supabase securities, code, etc)? Would appreciate insight from anyone that has any knowledge of this
