Integrating IsoDate into Effect's DateTime Module
Hi! At work I'm modernizing our i18n and l10n codes, and just found out there is a DateTime module in effect. This is great, but we also have another data type: IsoDate. It is just a string in YYYY-MM-DD format, representing a given day without time info. Wouldn't something like this has a place in the Effect ecosystem? What do you think?
