Outermost column of the right half of my Lily58 PCB (MX) stopped working.

Got them about a month ago with the EZ soldering kit and everything was fully functional after assembly until yesterday. Here are the following things I've tried to no avail: 1) Reflashing/resetting the affected PCB 2) Swapping out switches to make sure dead switches weren't the culprit 3) Reflowing solder to all diodes in the affected area, including the neighboring column 4) Disassemble and reassembling the affected PCB Not sure what else I can try before requesting replacement parts. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

can you pleas share a picture of your build? including pictures of the enclosure, how you're charging, etc. what were you doing prior to the columb breaking?

I was typing like I would normally do when the backspace (top right) key stopped registering. I initially thought only that one key stopped working, but after swapping out the switch without any results, I tested each individual keys and found out that the entire column didn't work anymore. Thanks for looking into this btw, I know it's the weekend and all.

@Andé so overall things look fine. I'm not sure what exactly happened, but it was likely a short somewhere. I'm happy to send a replacement nano, could you share your order number?

Thanks for looking into this, I’ll shoot you a DM. Got good news and bad news: The good news is I finally swapped out the Nice Nano on the right half of the Lily58 and that absolutely did the trick. Bad news is I can't seem to catch a break. I used the keyboard for a couple days and the battery on the left half decided to completely die on me and won't even charge anymore. I've tested the PCB and Nano by using the battery from the other half and it works, so it's definitely an issue with the battery.
