Using the 3D Builder download tool, I am not able to get a copy of the file to show the plate.
Steps to replicate:
Go to https://typeractive.xyz/pages/build/corne-5col_choc
Click 3DP + FR4 plate
Click Download 3D file
This will download a .glb file, which if opened in Blender, Fusion360, ETC, will not show the correct part.
I am probably doing something wrong, but please let me know if you get this working, as I want to print the case and plate

It seems like you're experiencing an issue with the 3D file download for the Corne keyboard. The .glb file format is typically used for 3D models, but compatibility can vary between software like Blender and Fusion360. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check Software Compatibility: Ensure that the software you're using supports .glb files. Blender, for example, should support .glb, but you may need to check the import settings.
2. Import Settings: When importing the .glb file into Blender or Fusion360, make sure to select the correct import options. Sometimes, specific settings can affect how the model is displayed.
3. Update Software: Ensure that your software is up to date. Older versions may have bugs or lack support for certain file formats.
4. Try Another Software: If you're having trouble with one software, try using another 3D modeling tool that supports .glb files, such as SketchUp or Tinkercad.
5. Contact Support: If the issue persists, it may be beneficial to reach out to Typeractive support for assistance. They may be able to provide a different file format or help troubleshoot the issue further.
If you continue to have trouble, please refer to the documentation or support resources available on the Typeractive website for more detailed guidance.
Is there an article for this on the website @TyperAI
Currently, there isn't a specific article on the Typeractive website addressing issues with downloading or using .glb files for the Corne keyboard. However, you can refer to the general build guides for the Corne keyboard, which may provide helpful information on the assembly and parts. If you need further assistance, consider reaching out to Typeractive support for more detailed help regarding the 3D files.
For reference, this is the button I'm hitting:

I have converted it to STL and it will still not give me the correct files
If i remember correctly you could open it with blender, remove all the unnecessary parts (quite tidious) and save the result as STL, at least that's what I did to 3d print my case.
The problem is that when I open it, there is a single JST male jack in the file and nothing else.
is your blender up to date? just opened it with 4.2.2 LTS

if you just wanted a corne choc 5col plate here you go
For giggles can you send me the full file that you have displayed in that pic
i think that's the one, corne choc 6col with premium case
in the newest blender import the file here:

make sure you have this plugin enabled

and this is the one i use to extract the plate stl from. please note it's not in scale, my slicer (orca slicer) automatically suggests me to rescale it to mm and then it prints fine
anyway, all those files are available on printables if you need them, in STL and properly scaled

FYI @Nordar this is the 6col version, could you try it with 5col?
The stl I’ve sent I think is 5col, as well as 1 of the glob files
Thanks
