Mods loaded but not working.

SMM and SML updated.
Mods show up as installed and loaded in mods screen in game.
Have options for mod key binds in game.
No errors.
Mods simply don't work, key binds do nothing, no options in build menu.

Any ideas? First time using mods.
Only mods loaded are:
Structural solutions,
Advanced HUD
No World Borders
