Blueprint is not compatible with non-Blueprint modifications.
Is there any way to delete all the files to go back to the way it was before installing Blueprint?
1. Remove certain files and directories with
rm -r resources public node_modules.
2. Go through the Pterodactyl update documentation.
3. Install dependencies by running the yarn command.
4. Repair Blueprint with blueprint -upgrade.
5. Get some Blueprint extensions (if you haven't already) and install them onto your panel.byte snippet-upgrade
Following step 1, 2 and 3 should put your panel in a working state
It will contain some Blueprint files though, just not cause errors
Then buy my addon for nothing

You can use that one without Blueprint as well
It should come with documentation how to do so
