Handling Runtime Dependencies with Per-Invocation Services

It's not clear to me how I can create a

ManagedRuntime

ManagedRuntime

when one of the services it depends on is provided per-invocation at runtime. I've added a

RequestContext

RequestContext

service and am providing it in the right spot, but the runtime construction is unhappy.

It makes sense, but I'm not sure how to tell the runtime the provision is suspended or something ?
