That log doesn't seem to have mods or a crash. Can you enable mods, try to launch, and generate a fresh debug zip?

i can't even delete the mods. yesterday i tried to delete all mods after the game forced me to use Dx11

Next time, post the bugs you see with the mod manager - we can't fix what we don't know about!
