Do mods disable achievement in 1.0?

There are a few QOL mods that I enjoyed using, but I don’t want to use them if it will disable achievements.

Solution

Mods do NOT disable achievements - you can play with mods and still get them!
Do note that using Advanced Game Settings does disable achievements.
