Issue getting Dedicated server running with mods.

Hello everyone,
This is a newbie question 100% but here we go.

My friend and I went through vanilla satisfactory yesterday on my dedicated server on my computer.
Now we want to start again with mods instead. I have the mod profile we want to use.
For some reason I can't seem to get a proper server to load with the mods.

see screenshot 2 for the error message of : installation already exists.
I have tried deleting the whole thing. deleting satisfactory dedicated server from steam and re-installing it.
But it just won't work at all and I couldn't find anywhere an answer to it.
Hopefully someone has a really easy answer for my dumb self to be able to fix it.

Go to "Select Game Installation" at the top left of SMM and choose the server from the drop down box
