when i make scrollwheel go down, the scrollbar goes down and the page goes up

reverse is content scrolls with the scrollbar
natural is content scrolls in the opposite direction to the scrollbar
idk

when i make my finger go towards the direction my monitor is, which i assume is UP on the scrollwheel, the scrollbar goes up but the content goes down
oh yeah this is legit the same thing

the non-default way on all apple devices
and on all phones
i understand natural scroll for
touchscreen devices
but not with scrollwheel

yeah with touchscreen it does feel natural because its as if you were dragging the content with your finger
on scrollwheel it feels weird to me

im so used to reversed scroll cause windows, i would hate switching to natural for scrollwheels

because i imagine controlling the scrollbar not the content when i use the wheel
its just muscle memory for me honestly. "hm, if i wanna go back, i go up, and if i wanna see next, i go down"

thats why i suggested inverse scroll setting for sandboxels a while back
i couldnt get used to going the opposite way
i never even noticed because it’s just how macs work
felt more natural to me

i just go with whatever's default cuz i can't be bothered
natural is like dragging the page, reverse is like scrolling in the direction u want to go

because its the default in windows
