Problem with ->unsavedChangesAlerts().

Guys, I'm using

->unsavedChangesAlerts()

->unsavedChangesAlerts()

. I need it to work when I trigger an action that is in the EditResource. I made the action redirect to another page and it still didn't trigger

. Any ideas what to do?
