Early All Map Radar. Causing the game fps drop in game.

When building an ALL MAP RADAR in the game, the FPS often drops, causing a brief lag of less than 1 second and delays of 2-6 seconds.

Solution

I also have this same issue, disabling the mod cleared all the pausing up.
