Mod manager not downloading mods, starts fine and then comes to 0.00b/s

Every mod that I try to download, starts fine at 1.1mb/s (which is normal for my internet) and then gradually slows down and hits 0.00b/s. Then after several minutes jumps to 200kb/s, does that for several seconds and back to 0 for several minutes. The download speed when it works for those several seconds can go from 50kb/s to 1mb/s but it does not work. Eventually it just restarts the download process from the beggining, but already with those problems so it just continues to do that for some time and eventually it just gives a bug report. Smaller size mods it downloads and installs with no problems, but bigger mods it does not.

Open command prompt and run
set GODEBUG=http2debug=1
"C:\Path\To\SatisfactoryModManager.exe"
set GODEBUG=http2debug=1
"C:\Path\To\SatisfactoryModManager.exe"
Then generate debug info again after the download gets stuck

Of course, it took him 40ish minutes to install refined power but the crazy guy did it..... Also I have actually found a way to install manually mods and that it is actually recognised in the mod manager so I kinda managed to bypass this problem since it is hit and miss....
