(Industrial Evolution) Resource Well Extractor MK2/Pressurizer MK2 Bugs

Both the vanilla resource well extractor as well as the MK2 extractor from IE collect the same amount of resources from both the vanilla and MK2 resource well extractors.
The MK2 Extractor also does not currently work with Heavy Fluid Overhaul and is extracting vanilla rates of fluids/gasses.
I have attached my modlist and a video showing the issue. I have also tested to see if it was a conflict as I did have other mods that added resource extractors, however even after removing those mods the bug persisted.

There is no fix for this yet, it's a common issue that happens with similar mods. I think some improvements would be needed on our custom hologram to validate the Resource Well Pressurizer
