How can I adjust mod settings on a dedicated server?
I want to adjust the Weapon Upgrades mod but I'm not sure how to access the settings on the server. Can anyone clue me in?

It sounds like the author turned off settings for online play - probably best to download your save, launch it singleplayer, change the settings from the menu, save it & reupload to server
