Pif it only used the basic Arduino functions and not AVR-specific registers, and you changed the board from Arduino Nano to ESP32 Nano, sure why not

Pyou can only switch between doing multiple things at a very fast pace to give the illusion of doing multiple things at the same time.
Pan Arduino (Uno) only has one processor that can only execute one instruction at every instance in time, there is no true multiprocessing
