Only some assets show as "Uploaded from this Device"

As per the FAQ I have photos that were uploaded from my iPhone then deleted after due to storage reasons (as they're backed up in iCloud) but when deleting them within Immich it does not prompt me to delete them from iCloud as well. Currently running via native TrueNAS Scale Docker image.
Is there a fix for this?
