Recovering Photos

First of all, I am horrible with Linux, all the commads...pretty much everything. Always stuck with windows. Running Windows 11 Pro. i7 8700k, 128gb ram, amd radeon 580 (plans to upgrade this), 4x4tb hdd in raid 5. So I know the 321 rule. I just havnt got that far yet. Just got Immich up and running, got photos on phones backed up, removed pictures from phones for more pictures, and then got an offer for new phones we couldnt resist. The timing couldnt have been worse. Got immich up and running with help from DemonWarrior. Had a power outage during windows update. Killed updates, microsoft store, and docker desktop. So cannot access Windows updates, or windows store. I did try a refresh of the os, and the only thing is did was allow me to load the main page of windows store, but everything in there comes up as unable to connect, try again later. Updates still does not work. Uninstalled docker, ubuntu terminal, and restarted per DemonWarrior. Reinstalled docker desktop, and ubuntu through terminal. Cannot get Immich to run again. I have Error: No PostgreSQL database host has been specified in the 'DB_HOSTNAME' variable come up in docker desktop when I start it. Again, I am not good with commands or anything like that. All i need to do is get access to my photos. Im not worried about anything else. I am holding out for HexOs. Will be backing my digital media up, and increasing storage before I do that. Just waiting for them to release 1.0, and remote access to stuff like jellyfin. I might go back to plex, but not sure.

Can you upload the docker-compose and .env file and show where those files are stored?
