Best Practice for SAAS

I'm new to this. If I wanted to create a SAAS application to offer custom chat for customers using their data. What would be the best practice structure on the Runpod end?

Would I have a single enpoint that is shared?
Would you setup dedicated pods?

Still getting to know the Runpod lingo and offerings.

Depends, but if you do a good large scale, Continous or bursting(like training) it's best to use pods I guess

But serverless is also good for those, but the difference is it can scale automatically

Depending on how you design your application but both can be used for quite same purposes
