Power Checker - can't get started
How do I get started with the Power Checker mod?
I've installed it, then opened the game. In-game, I can open the menu, go to Mods, and the mod is listed. What now?
The mod description says there's a new building? But the mod description doesn't give the name of the building or how to build it. So I've looked in my build menu and can't see a new building in the "Power" or "Special" or even "Organization" categories.
I saw a screenshot that looked like it might be a handheld device instead. I've looked in the Equipment Workshop and Crafting Bench and can't see anything new.
I've checked the in-game Codex, and a search for "Power" didn't bring up anything new. I've checked the MAM to look to see if I have to research something, but didn't see anything new. I've checked the AWESOME Shop to see if I had to buy it, but didn't see anything new. I've looked to see if the mod has settings, but there don't seem to be any.
What am I missing, please? (Or is the mod just totally broken?)

OK, found it.
It's researched in the Hub. Tier 2. The research and the building are both called "Power Checker".
Please can I suggest adding this to the mod description?
