Seeking Solutions for Using Effect/Platform with Deno
I'm fielding this in case anyone has better knowledge than I was able to uncover:
I know effect/platform doesn't work with Deno by default (installing effect doesn't include platform, and installing effect/platform just instals effect without platform). I'm wondering, is there a way to resolve this limitation? It would be great to have access to it.
