Save without mod, error message

I wanted to test a mod on my save for a few minutes, and now I keep getting this message when I disable the mods. Can someone help me?

Solution
That's a base game feature. To remove it, load your save file on SCIM, then go to Options, Game Rules tab, and then toggle
