Random crashes with no particular action or timeframe
I honestly have no idea what the crash is about. There is no specific action that causes it, it can be random as I'm walking with no building on accessing anything, and there is no defined timeframe in which the crash occurs, it can happen anywhere from 10 minutes in to hours later.
Solution
Rebuilding the bugged out boiler & heaters has fixed the issue, and it hasn't repeated since. Can regard this issue as solved.
