Immich app freezing after setting albums to be backed up
Hey guys, currently, I am setting up Immich on my TrueNAS Scale server. On my devices, the synchronisation works perfectly fine, but it does not on neither my mother's nor my father's phone. Shortly after choosing the album, the Immich iOS App freezes and I was not able to reproduce the issue on my devices, whereas on my father's and mother's phone, the issue persists. Same Immich App version (1.123.0), my Immich install on my server is older (1.119.1) since there is no newer version available yet.
What can I do to resolve the issue? Any help would be much appreciated! Will follow up with the logs!
