Immich app freezing after setting albums to be backed up

Hey guys, currently, I am setting up Immich on my TrueNAS Scale server. On my devices, the synchronisation works perfectly fine, but it does not on neither my mother's nor my father's phone. Shortly after choosing the album, the Immich iOS App freezes and I was not able to reproduce the issue on my devices, whereas on my father's and mother's phone, the issue persists. Same Immich App version (1.123.0), my Immich install on my server is older (1.119.1) since there is no newer version available yet. What can I do to resolve the issue? Any help would be much appreciated! Will follow up with the logs!

I tried: - reinstalling the iOS App - restarting iOS - updating the Immich server install (no update available)

The app is still indexing/hashing the photos, see the spinning icon at the bottom navigation bar Let it sit on the main page a bit

You can try by first disable the auto backup on foreground and back ground. With the amount of asset you have on iCloud, I think it will take a while
