The Best Way to Share Photos with My Partner

Hi everyone, I’m in the process of migrating to Immich, partly because my partner and I often take photos with our DSLR, which then tend to just sit on a network folder. I’m exploring the best way to manage and share these photos with my partner. My initial idea was to create a dedicated camera user account for sharing, enabling partner sharing for both of us. However, I’ve run into an issue: while this setup works, I’d also like the ability to mark favorites (and ideally delete photos as well). Is there a better approach than sharing a single account between the two of us? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

not currently, no. what you (and many others) want is tracked under #12614, which is on hold for now until the transition to a new database layer is completed.
