External Library and new external file path
I want to move all indexed files within multiple created directories (all referring to subfolders of a directory) to a new location
The volume should change to
${External}:${External}/photos/day:ro
but that didn’t work. So I tried
${External)/photos/day:/volume1/photos/day:ro which also not worked
My .env contains:
External=/volume1/private/photos/day for variant 1
External=/volume1/private for variant 2

I found this https://github.com/immich-app/immich/discussions/6912 but I set it up totally different with photos/folder:photos/folder:ro instead of env Variables. How can I move the external lib without reindexing?
- /only/change/this/left/side:/volume1/photos/day:ro
You want the path inside of the container to stay the sameI think I’ve tried that before. But I’ll check again
