App requires admin to start else shows error

The app starts perfectly when run as admin but normally opening would prompt an error message - I have an issue created at

Else the context is I request that someone suggest a fix to the app to only require admin when attempting an admin requiring task and not on startup but also caches admin when granted for other functions too
