Platform Agnosticism in Effect Typescript with Cloudflare, Vercel, and Bun on Zerops
How much "platform agnostic" would platform be? Let's say our preferred stack is Cloudflare + Vercel, but for long-running tasks, I actually use Bun on Zerops (Linux bare-metal with extra service like L7 routing, load balancer, auto-scaling etc.).
