Purpose of the `identifier` Argument in `HttpApi.make`
I'm confused about
identifier argument to HttpApi.make. What is it used for (or why is it needed)? I looked at the PR which added it, but only meaningful value level change I could spot is this and it doesn't tell me much. Thanks!
