Immich IOS version missmatch
Hi there! Recently installed Immich and i'm currently moving over all my photos and stuff, however i'm unable to connect to my instance from my IOS device, and i suspect that it's because the IOS app is V.1.124.0 and Server is V1.124.2. Could this be the reason i'm unable to connect, and if so, how long would you guess it to be until the IOS version is matching with the server?

1. :ballot_box_with_check: verified I'm on the latest release(note that mobile app releases may take some time).

5. :ballot_box_with_check: tried accessing Immich via local ip (without a custom reverse proxy).

7. :blue_square: tried an incognito window, disabled extensions, cleared mobile app cache, logged out and back in, different browsers, etc. as applicable

In order to be able to effectively help you, we need you to provide clear information to show what the problem is. The exact details needed vary per case, but here is a list of things to consider:
- Your docker-compose.yml and .env files.
- Logs from all the containers and their status (see above).
- All the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
- Any recent changes you've made to Immich or your system.
- Details about your system (both software/OS and hardware).
- Details about your storage (filesystems, type of disks, output of commands like
fdisk -l
and df -h
).
- The version of the Immich server, mobile app, and other relevant pieces.
- Any other information that you think might be relevant.

That's not the reason. It's probably something else going on. It should be fine with that version mismatch. They probably didn't push new mobile versions as they were server fixes in the last patches. Will need more info to diagnose.
Okay, thank you. I'm not sure what more info you require, but the error i get from the IOs app is "Could not log in. Check the servers webbadress, username and password"
All of which i'm sure are correct, since everything work fine when i acces the server from the browser on the same device
Can you post the ip you are using to connect? Did you enable local network access?
I'm currently trying via the open URL that goes through Cloudflares Zero Trust, if i try using my local IP then it does not find the server at all
I don't know anything about zero trust. Are you on an iphone?

Please make sure that you have enabled local network access for the immich app in the phone settings. Then retry with http://IP:2283
Can confirm that local access is turned on, but i get "server not reachable" in the app. Using the same IP on a browser on the same device works perfectly
Can you share a screenshot of the app when adding the server url? That is strange
Not sure what happened but seems to be working now
Well... Not 100% sure but there you go. Just know when using anything cloudflare, you will be limited to 100mb upload limit.
