Supabase Storage Security

Hello there! I have a quick (and maybe a little bit dumb xD) question that I could not find an answer to anywhere... If I do not configure RLS policies for my Supabase storage, does that mean that anyone can access the storage and upload their files there? I do not want anyone to be able to get access to my storage except me.
