User Invite Emails
I'm having some sporadic issues with invite emails. Some customers report never receiving the emails when either their company admin or our support trigger the invite. And for some customers it works fine. From everything I can see in the application and supabase logs, the emails are being sent on our side. So this leads me to believe there's an issue with some of our customers' mail clients filtering. But there emails aren't in the spam folder either, at least by their reports. Does anyone have experience with this issue who can provide some best practices around structuring the email to not get filtered out anywhere? Are there cases where the emails get fully dropped by the customers' mail server (though I assume they're all using google or ms exchange) instead of being moved to spam? Thanks for any insight.
