Error connecting to database when trying to setup

Hi, I'm completely new to Docker and I've been trying to setup immich on windows for quite a while now and I've been running into an error where the postgres container won't start. An from the postgres container and the immich_server container tas I believe that I'm having trouble with those two containers.
