Deprecated API Calls
Is this something that Gadget needs to be actioning?
I don't believe I have called the
WebhookSubscription.privateMetafieldNamespaces endpoint at all

There's nothing for you to do here. We're on top of our internal changes for changing how we make calls to the Shopify API

Private namespaces are being deprecated. You can still have public namespaces and you should migrate private metafields to app-owned

I don't know what the CreateAppDataMetafield mutation is so I would recommend that you take a look at the Shopify docs for clarification
