Organizations on Free accounts

Can a free account have more than 1 organization...I have 2 projects on my account and want to pay for only one but don't want to delete the other but can't seem to create another organization to move it into. How do I proceed?

You should have a seperate org for each free instance actually.

Then you can still have one or more pro orgs with multiple instances with charges for compute for each.

I figured it out. But how does billing work...is it $25 + 10 for compute hours? or just $25...I thought it was just $25

You get a $10 credit per month for the first instance.

So it is $25 for one micro compute instance which costs about $10 a month compute fees.

Each instance has a "slice of a server" (CPU/memory resources it can use). It runs all the time.
