Customize Tabs

Hi, I would like some advice or help on how to customize Tabs in FilamentPHP 3 so that the result matches the attached example and loads dynamically from the ProjectWorkflow database. Additionally, each Tab item should be loaded from the Projects database. Thank you for any help or advice.
