Set username at signup ?

Hi,

I'm trying to set the username value in the

profiles

profiles

table at sign up.

What I am doing:

const { data: signUpData, error: signUpError } = await supabase.auth.signUp(
  {
    email: email, password: password,
    options: {
      data: {
        username: username,
      },
    },
  },
);

const { data: signUpData, error: signUpError } = await supabase.auth.signUp(
  {
    email: email, password: password,
    options: {
      data: {
        username: username,
      },
    },
  },
);

What I get: Error 500

Log:

      "error": "failed to close prepared statement: ERROR: current transaction is aborted, commands ignored until end of transaction block (SQLSTATE 25P02): ERROR: new row for relation \"profiles\" violates check constraint \"username_length\" (SQLSTATE 23514)",

So apparently this has something to do with the username length constraint, which is defined as follow:

char_length(username) >= 3

char_length(username) >= 3

I am 100% sure that the username passed in

data: { username: username }

data: { username: username }

has a length >= 3
