Immich on TOS/Terramaster
I have been using Immich on Terramaster for many months. I have previously been able to pull new versions by stopping the project in Docker Manager and rebuilding. I followed this guide, to install: https://lucasengel.github.io/tos-guides/
But now, I can't update to the newest version.
Has the docker-compose.yml changed? Is there any other reason this won't update/upgrade?
Thank you.

Here is my docker-compose
I have compared the two files and they are exactly the same. I am using v1.122.2 and am unable to upgrade. I have looked through all suggestions listed above -
Here is my env file - I have left version to 'release' but should I change this manually?
Seems like you're doing everything right compose wise
If you can't upgrade then it's not an immich problem
Maybe your /var/lib is full with old docker images or such?
Or does your NAS no longer have internet access for instance?
It is strange. I will check var/lib... I will get back
I checked in /var/lib and there are no docker images. everything seems to be as it should. I changed the docker-compose.yml to the current - and still no joy. It is on a NAS and I installed it manually and was able to upgrade, in the past. There is no textual docker available on TOS... and it is linux variant... but the docker manager seems to work.
I wonder if I manually entered the new version?
You could try with v1.125.7
There are no breaking changes since 1.118
But before you go there, do a simple
df -hT /
I changed the docker-compose.yml and it did nothing - but I have just also changed .env to v1.125.7 and it is building... fingers crossed
Well... that did it. You have to manually change (for Terramaster) BOTH docker-compose.yml AND .env.
Weird. Thanks for the help. I didn't do the df -hT / - and it worked ok.
It was just to check whether anything was full, but glad it worked 🙂
I don't understand why it didn't just rebuild, this time. In any case, it worked. Thanks for the help
did you do a
docker compose pull
last time perhaps?
