Relation "clientes" does not exist

I'm trying to add a trigger so that every time a row is inserted, it takes the contact information from the "Cell Phone" column and removes special characters like (), - and spaces... I added a function and assigned it to the trigger. However, every time I activate it, if I try to write a row through N8N, it returns this message that Clientes does not exist...
If I disable the trigger, it works again!
