Pod unusable, extremely slow

░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░ [0/7] Installing wheels... warning: Failed to hardlink files; falling back to full copy. This may lead to degraded performance. If the cache and target directories are on different filesystems, hardlinking may not be supported. If this is intentional, set export UV_LINK_MODE=copy or use --link-mode=copy to suppress this warning. ██████████████░░░░░░ [5/7] torch==2.6.0
I am literally stuck here, using uv package manager on the volume. it is just stuck not moving, tried multiple times, restarted the pod as well. what is wrong?

Hi, I work with Tanush The issue we are having is that the network connectivity is very slow Which causes websocket connections to drop and lag out As we are running a voice bot, it makes the voice on the other end very choppy We tested it with connections to external LLMs, only running the voice bot code itself in runpod, and all LLMs on external services, and it was still the same We have had this issue with 2 different pods now We are using a different platform now, and all these issues are solved there, with the same exact code
