Tracking the Number of Attempts/Repeats in an Effect
just out of curiosity, when repeating or retrying effect, is there a way to get a number of attempts/repeats inside the effect? I guess I could use closure but just wondering if there is something in effect itself to support it. I don't really need it right now, but if I do use Effect more I think I would like to log number of retries as they happen.
