Create Albums from external library

Hey, so I tried to run this ^ for a while (tried the basic script method), but can't get it to work.
Here is what I've got
python ./immich_auto_album.py \
root_path /usr/src/app/external
/mnt/media/Backup
http://255.255.255.255:2283/api \
mykey \
I don't know where to run it....in which shell and if my code is right... I use windows immich
