Connection refused

connection to server at "db.cjfdntddmyxporemxlrq.supabase.co" (2a05:d014:1c06:5f0f:7586:bd02:a10e:3ae2), port 5432 failed: Connection refused
Is the server running on that host and accepting TCP/IP connections? I have never worked with Database hosts and have no idea on wherre to fix it
