Cannot restart pod

Pod took too long to boot up, about 30 minutes, and still deducted my money. It's ridiculous! Now it still won't boot up after rebooting.

No, I have loaded quite a lot of data into the pod and have too little money left to recreate and reload all the data. So I just restart the pod
