There are currently 2 people on the world right now, I am the only one getting booted and all mods are same version, they are able to play together with no issue but I cannot stay in game for more than a few seconds.

do you have the server.log of the server that booted you? What you posted was your own server.log, which isn't relevant

it was multiplayer, not a server, i joined him through steam

multiplayer is a server. But yeah, from this log, there seems to be some errors with Calamity itself, but I'm not positive it is the cause of your issue. Since I'm not seeing an exact cause, you might need to do some testing, test with 0 mods, test using IP instead of steam invites, etc.

ive done this a few times but i will keep you updated

i have tried with 0 mods and built my way up, it seems like once I add on Remnants and its supporter, it doesnt allow me to join but my other friends can join

Well, is that with a fresh player? Sometimes a combination of equipment or inventory items can trigger a rare bug in one of the mods code.
