Weird flickering/Static/shimmering when moving or camera moves
Idk what caused or causes this but does anyone know how to fix my issue?

DDiscord sucks at rendering videos so it's hard to watch the clip you sent
SBlocks and stuff are flickering when I was moving my camera and character I tried to record with my phone to show what I mean
